Cancellation Policy

At Habibi Aromas Boutique, we work to process and prepare orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Order Cancellation Requests

To request a cancellation, please email us at habibiaromasboutique@gmail.com as soon as possible and include your order number.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request; however, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

Once an order has entered processing, has been packed, or has been transferred to the shipping carrier, it may no longer be possible to cancel it.

Order Changes

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Changes may include corrections to certain order details or requests regarding items in the order. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request before processing begins, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be modified once it has entered processing.

If you need to correct a shipping address, please contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details and shipping information for accuracy before completing checkout.

Orders That Have Already Shipped

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

If you no longer want an eligible item after it has shipped, you may request a return after receiving the order, subject to the requirements and conditions of our Refund Policy.

Please do not refuse delivery or return a package to the sender without first contacting Habibi Aromas Boutique for instructions.

Cancellation Refunds

If your cancellation request is approved before the order is shipped, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional processing time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

Habibi Aromas Boutique Order Cancellations

In rare circumstances, Habibi Aromas Boutique may need to cancel an order due to product availability, inventory discrepancies, payment verification issues, suspected fraudulent activity, pricing or listing errors, shipping restrictions, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
